**People and Culture Coordinator - Cannon Hill**

Trident Services Australia is currently seeking a highly experienced persuasive, logically and motivated People and Culture Coordinator in Retail and Commercial.

**Duties Include**:

- Support the recruitment team by designing interview guides and document recruitment procedures
- Issue employment contracts that are not system generated
- Develop and maintain a corporate induction program relating to HR activities including an online presence that caters to diverse groups of employees
- Attend to special projects as required from time to time and other duties as required by the Head of People and Culture.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars as required
- Review professional development collateral and resources

**About you**:

- Experience working in a similar generalist HR role for a minimum 2 years or Graduate level with relevant work experience in the facilities management, labour hire, security, aviation security, or cleaning industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to target all levels of the organisation
- Excellent organisational skills and capable of meeting deadlines with an ability to plan and prioritise own work
- Motivated self-starter with proven initiative

**Additional requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, law or business-related discipline
- Experience working in a similar generalist HR role for a minimum 2 years or Graduate level with relevant work experience in the facilities management, labour hire, security, aviation security, or cleaning industries
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
