Finance Broker Assistant

Cubecorp Finance is led by a group of passionate professionals with over 20 years combined experience in the finance industry. We are based in Sydney CBD with clients nationwide, offering finance solutions for homebuyers, investors and business owners.

**Finance broker’s duties will include but not limited to**:

- Work closely with senior finance brokers
- Analyse customers’ financial position to complete the borrowing capacity assessment
- Presentation of financial solutions to meet clients’ objectives and requirements
- Liaise with senior brokers, clients and lenders as required, to ensure the relevant documentation is provided on time
- Settlement coordination with Clients, Brokers, Lenders and Solicitors to ensure deadlines are met
- Manage the needs and requirements of existing customers
- Marketing and social media supports

**Our Requirements**
- Previous Finance/Lending/Brokering experience or something similar will be beneficial but not a must
- A background in Finance or Accounting
- Self-motivated with a desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Has Permanent Residency or is a citizen

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
