**Salary**: $80,000 p.a. + Commission

Responsibilities;
- Managing the end to end to end client journey from initial contact to when the client receives the funding requested
- Provide expert advice on home loan and commercial finance, offering genuine value to your clients by educating them
- Adaptable to change and being able to think on your feet, you will responsible for growing the business client base and brand recognition
- You will take personal pride in your work and have a natural ability to consistently deliver an amazing customer experience
- Act as a senior figure in the team, you will be responsible for helping the business achieve its goals by driving overall performance
- Contributing to the culture and development of Australian Finance 360 and always maintaining the reputation of the business
- Being able to analyse sometimes complex needs and information and be able to recommend the right solution to the client
- Developing and maintaining in depth knowledge of lenders niches and abilities
- Maintaining in real time CRM records, including clear and concise notes, completing tasks, assigning next steps plus completing reports, management information, and analytics for the management team as required.

- Understanding of home loan and commercial finance with a proven track record of broking these types of deals

- The ability to work remotely and flexibly, as well as meet clients and other partners face-to-face
- The right to work in Australia

**Essential**

**-3 + years of experience in home loan and/or commercial finance broking**
- Cert IV or equivalent in finance and mortgage broking

**-Knowledge of both home loan and commercial finance products**

**-Passionate about financial services and doing the right thing for your clients**

**Experience**:

- Lending: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (required)
