We are now on the search for a passionate and enthusiastic **Accounts Payable Administrator.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our dedicated Finance team in our **Clayton **head office**. **You will work in a supportive and inclusive team in a modern and open-plan office with plenty of Cat yellow to be found. No day is ever the same.

**What a typical day will look like**:

- Responsible for all accounts payable.
- Processing invoices.
- Performing tasks based on a set schedule.
- Documenting performance output versus predetermined targets.
- Managing internal and external queries.
- Reconciling Vendor Statements
- Processing EFT, BPAY and International Payment Runs

**ABOUT YOU**

Your positive, can-do attitude and high attention to detail will set you up for success in this full time, permanent role. You are driven, naturally alert and have an innate ability to spot issues.

**What key skills, experience & attributes we are looking for**:

- Extensive experience in an Accounts Payable role processing large volume transaction
- Strong data processing skills
- Proven organisation skills and strong attention to detail
- Intermediate proficiency with MS office suite including Excel and Work and
- Strong communication skills
