Admin Design Assistant – Interior Design & Renovations

Location: Osborne Park, Perth

Work Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you looking to combine your admin skills with your passion for design? Join a close-knit team that specialises in kitchen, bathroom, and laundry renovations, as well as residential interior design projects.

We're seeking a motivated Admin Design Assistant to support our busy office and dynamic project team. This role is perfect for someone in their 20s or 30s who enjoys being part of a collaborative and creative environment while keeping things organised behind the scenes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Day-to-day office administration, accounts support, and project coordination
  • Liaising with trades, suppliers, and clients (great phone manner is a must)
  • Scheduling, data entry, and maintaining project files
  • Assisting the design team with presentations and occasional site or client visits
  • Supporting the design director and project manager with weekly tasks and project needs

What we're looking for:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and take direction
  • Confidence juggling multiple tasks across different projects
  • Tech savvy with Microsoft Office & Google Workspace (SketchUp knowledge a plus, not essential)
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Previous admin, accounts, or office-based experience desirable (training provided)
  • Residential building or design industry exposure is an advantage, but not required
  • Ideally located north of the river / close to Perth city
