- Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting internal and external customers to get their boats repaired so they may take their friends and family out boating.
- Some structured sales technics to help customers get what they want and ensure their boat is safe and good to use.
- Ordering parts or asking the parts dept to order from suppliers to meet customer demands.
- Providing high customer service.
- Can manage your time well.
- Assist the COO with admin tasks.
- Contribute to the “Continuous Improvement” Philosophy of the business.
- Benefits
- You will gain on the job experience and be paid to complete one of the following courses: Cert 4 in Business or Cert 3 in Warehousing, government wage assistance may be available while you learn. We are looking for a long term team member who will start from the ground up and may want to progress to a senior Service Manager or department manager.
