**The Role**
We provide a great environment for you to grow your business in a professional and inclusive culture.

You will join a committed team with a focus on growing our commercial plumber and builders business. This includes servicing existing and identifying new target clients and creating opportunities. We support you with a backup team to provide tailored product solutions and presentations, as well as industry leading pricing from our valued suppliers.

You will build and execute a business development strategy that reflects our strengths and identifies and meets the expectations of our target clients.

**You Need**
- A track record working in the bathroom and sanitary ware industry
- Demonstrated ability to create new relationships and develop sustainable ongoing business
- A strategic approach to the market including identifying and contacting target clients
- The ability to work independently with effective strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in using various platforms including; Cordell, Estimate One, Microsoft Dynamics and Excel
