**What You’ll Do**
- Provide 1:1 or group support in daily living activities
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication prompts
- Encourage independence and community engagement through social and recreational outings
- Build strong, trusting, and supportive relationships
- Advocate for the rights, dignity, and well-being of the people you support

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience supporting individuals with disability and/or mental health conditions
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services (preferred)
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
- Eligibility to work in Australia
