Wormald have been designing, installing and servicing fire protection systems since 1889 and are a leading provider of fire protection solutions with an enviable reputation and firmly established brand.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. This role will work within our Service Do and Charge Department ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality service to our client base.

You will use your extensive administration and customer service experience, ideally obtained in the building services industry, to ensure achievement of our customers’ service requirements. You will report directly into the Do and Charge Department Manager supporting our field technicians.

You will have good communication skills and must be prepared to work as part of a committed team who are focused on fulfilling the business needs of our customers.

Previous experience in working closely with internal and external stakeholders is a must. You will be technologically savvy, open to working with new technology and systems while having a demonstrable history of meeting customer requirements in a fast paced and changing environment.

You will be self-starter with well above average organisational skills, achieving deadlines is second nature and you will pride yourself on pleasing your customers. Proficient in the Microsoft Office range and Pronto (or other ERP’s) is a given and you will enjoy working both as a part of a team and autonomously.
