**The Role**
Within the division of Enterprise Transformation and Governance, an APS 5/6 Information Records Management Officer is accountable under broad direction to perform and achieve information and records management works program in support of the Archives Act 1983. You are accountable to have and maintain a well-developed understanding of and compliance to relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Commonwealth Government policy.
The role is an excellent opportunity to work across large-scale records and information management functions contributing to the development of practical policy related frameworks and procedures across Defence military and civilian environments. You will engage in problem solving and reviews that affect strategic and operational outcomes for the Defence Mission and Government.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and client liaison skills and a strong customer centric focus.
