THE COMPANY

The HMA Group is an international engineering and manufacturing company specialising in the supply of; wear resistant lining solutions, material handling equipment, boiler cleaning equipment and services, process instrumentation and valve solutions.  Our wide range of equipment and services are used across all industries including mining, power generation, industrial, petrochemical, oil and gas, process, water and wastewater.

THE ROLE

Based at our Head Office in Berkeley Vale and reporting to the Production Manager, as an Industrial Ceramics Liner, you'll be trained to install and maintain ceramic linings in industrial equipment such as chutes, hoppers, and pipes. These linings protect equipment from wear, playing a crucial role in keeping operations running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity to learn a niche skill set in a high-demand industry, with full support and on the job training provided by experienced professionals.

Duties include:

  • Learning to install ceramic tiles and linings in industrial equipment.
  • Assisting with cutting, shaping, and fitting ceramic materials.
  • Mixing and applying adhesives and grouts.
  • Supporting maintenance and repair of existing linings.
  • Following safety procedures and contributing to a clean, safe work environment.
