**Job Description**:
Our highly successful Melbourne CBD Office is in organic growth mode, and we are currently seeking a Leasing Executive to join our Flexible Workspace team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Flexible Workspace, you will assume a key role in securing corporate tenants for our flexible workspace appointments, deliver bespoke flexible workspace strategies for our highly valued clients nationally, and build on existing corporate occupier relationships providing them with flexible workspace solutions. In this role, you will leverage the success of a growing team to amplify your own personal brand in the marketplace.

In addition, you will be accountable for:

- Creating, developing, and working with office leasing systems
- Actively pursuing new appointments to act for organizations especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses
- Contributing towards the production of proposals, pitches and project promotional material
- Maintaining the client database including data entry of all listings, contact and transactional information

**Qualifications**:
In order to be considered, you will ideally possess:

- A background in a business development role within a flexible workspace provider is ideal.
- Strong client-orientated approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent negotiation skills and thorough understanding of current market trends
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Proactive team player with a high level of enthusiasm
