We are now seeking applicants to join our Treasury team in Brisbane in the position of Accounts Payable Processor.
What’s Involved?
Reporting to the Treasury Team Leader AUNZ, you will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate operation of the Treasury function. Further to this, you will undertake the following daily tasks:
- Daily Processing of International Agent Invoices (System Managed)
- Reconciliation of Creditor Statement
- Liaising with internal staff to rectify variances
- Organise International Payment Run
- Liaise with International Agent on Contra Agreement
- Assist Finance function with reconciliation queries (EOM)
Who Are We Looking For?
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Payables Role
- Previous experience with International Currencies is ideal
- Able to use initiative
- Work well under pressure
- Able to work in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to process changes
