We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our clients dedicated team.

**About the Role**:
As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our clients organization. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices, conducting supplier payment runs, reviewing and selecting ledger codes, and addressing any accounts payable queries or issues that arise. You will also contribute to month-end processing and reconciliation tasks. **Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable roles
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting programs, with Xero highly regarded
- Familiarity with cloud-based automated accounts payable/expense management systems, preferably Lightyear

**Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Conduct supplier payment runs promptly and efficiently
- Review and select appropriate ledger codes for invoices
- Address and resolve accounts payable queries and issues
- Contribute to month-end processing and reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding payments and other queries
- Perform general office duties and assist with additional tasks as assigned
