Accounts Payable Manager

**Who we’re looking for**:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead and support our Accounts Payable Team, efficiently manage group invoicing and allocations and engage and support the wider business.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing the Accounts Payable function of our business;
- Manage a team of Accounts Payable Officers including regular 1:1 conversations, career development and regular performance review discussions;
- Leading reconciliation of payments;
- Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts payable data;
- Reconciling the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and accurately posted;
- Supporting the month end process;
- Generating Payables reports;
- Managing the Accounts Payable function of our business;

**Requirements**:
**We’re looking for someone who**
- Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Has lived-experience in effectively leading a team;
- Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Has intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages;
- Is experienced in performing full function Accounts Payable duties, including for Novated;
- Has proven ability to manage accounting figures and financial records;
- Can prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- Is able to identify and project manage new initiatives;
- Is good at building strong relationships with vendors and suppliers;
- Has impeccable accuracy and attention to detail.
