12-month true Business Partnering opportunity working with a globally leading manufacturing organisation

**Your new company**
Your new organisation is a world-leader in their field of manufacturing, recognised globally and public listed in overseas markets. Established well over a century ago, this organisation continues to adapt and find huge success in the modern world. A restructure of key business units has resulted in a rare opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their Australian team in their south-east office in Melbourne.

**Your new role**
Your new position is a 12-month fixed-term contract supporting HR operations across Australia, partnering with key stakeholders across the business and working closely with the National HR Manager and global HR team in delivering global strategies. You will be required to coach, guide and provide advice to leaders within the organisation across the full spectrum of IR/ER matters, support employee engagement, assist with national projects and drive globally
- and nationally-led HR initiatives across the business.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role, you must have had previous experience at a similar level, with involvement in IR and ER responsibilities at an operational level, ideally working in a large national or global organisation. You must demonstrate outstanding attention-to-detail, resilience, and an ability to take initiative, as though this is a highly supported role, you will be expected to be able to work fairly autonomously. Experience with mergers & acquisition projects will be highly advantageous.

This position would suit someone in an operational Advisory or Business Partnering position, motivated to take the next step to grow their HR knowledge and experience.
