**About The Role**
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Delivering a “line 1” assurance program of work assessing and formulating opinion by means of testing over the health and performance of our controls to meet the relevant regulatory compliance requirements (e.g. ACMA, Privacy Act, NTRC, NCPF and Safer Gambling)
- Provide opinion on the overall performance of our Marketing Technology and CRM controls, including presenting and aligning key stakeholders on areas that require change and stakeholder accountability/ownership.
- Identifying, designing and implementing control process and system optimisation to ensure the function is performing at peak today and prepared to accommodate future growth.
- Supporting the design and implementation of solutions to meet regulatory changes, internal and external audit findings and compliance incidents.
**About You**
- Compliance management, assurance and control design/optimisation exposure within a digital business
- Strong marketing technology understanding, including ability to assess effectiveness of technology controls within system flows
- Strong written and verbal communication including being confident to articulate an opinion or provide direction
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and at pace
