**About the role**:
The Quality and Systems Officer has oversight of and responsibility for maintaining and improving Our Watch’s Quality Management System. This includes facilitating the review or development of organisational policies in consultation with key stakeholders, maintaining or implementing supporting systems and processes, drafting supporting documentation, and implementing and reviewing change processes, including staff access to training.
The role also manages the organisations information, communications, technology (ICT) infrastructure, equipment and systems.
**About you**:
In addition to a professional qualification in quality assurance, business systems or ICT, you will have experience facilitating the development, review and implementation of policies and procedures in accordance with Quality Management Systems and you will have experience reporting to high level stakeholders. You have demonstrated expertise in supporting the management of information, communications and technology facilities. You have an eye for system improvements and proactively seeking solutions.
