**About the Company**
A dairy business who have processing facilities across Australia and New Zealand with a commitment to producing high quality safe and health products for all. They have a strong emphasis on quality and innovation with both products and processes and, are looking for an experienced quality professional to join the team in the south east of Melbourne.

**The Role**
As the Quality Systems Manager, you will report to the Quality Director where you will be the campion for the business across quality and regulatory management systems. To be successful in the role you will need to hands on and build relationships with all key stakeholders in the business.

The roles key responsibilities will include HACCP and quality certifications, risk assessments, internal / external audits, and implementation of systems to meet current and future business needs.
- Degree qualified in food science, food safety or a related field.
- Experience working in the dairy, food, or similar industry.
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory affairs and hands-on experience with regulatory systems.
- Experience leading BRC / HACCP/ Organic certification audits.
- Leadership capabilities with the ability to influence all levels of the business from the floor to managers.
