**Resto Country Spares, **a GPC Asia Pacific business, is a leading supplier of new, restoration and reconditioned automotive spare parts for Holden and Ford vehicles. With a strong customer following and support from GPC Asia Pacific and brands such as Rare Spares, Repco, NAPA and more, Resto Country Spares has a strong online presence, and is the go to for all Holden and Ford car enthusiasts. Our office is based in Moorabbin, and we service customers in Australia and New Zealand, as well as other other overseas markets.

**The role**:
This role, Customer Service Representative, will work in our Moorabbin office, providing sales and product support to our customers. The role will be processing mainly online orders, but will include phone-based sales, and some counter sales from time to time.

**Duties include**:

- Provide product support and knowledge
- Process orders
- Liaise with the warehouse for stock availability and picking orders
- Creating picking slips
- Make order modifications, and process returns and cancellations
- Maintain accurate data base information
- General administration
