**Your day to day includes but is not limited to**:
As an Ocean export coordinator you will be directing the transportation and shipment of export consignments from origin to destination by compiling, completing and verifying required documents. Rest assured, no day is the same with further responsibilities such as:

- Handling all Australia wide export operations and customer service queries
- This will include utilising both CargoWise One and SAP
- Processing consignments and associated documentation in line with clients expectations
- Cargo tracking, data quality control & invoicing
- You will be set new challenges through KPIs and customised professional development goals
- Maximise profit through strong supplier relationships
- Opportunities to present new and innovative solutions to improve your department
- Arranging the transportation and shipment of export consignments for premium accounts.

**In order to be considered for your new opportunity, you must have**:

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in export air & sea freight forwarding environment
- CargoWise One experience is Essential
- Ability to deal with internal and external 3PL providers
- Valid Dangerous Goods accreditation
- SAP experience will be an advantage however not essential
- National transport experience
- An ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High attention to detail
- Great communication, customer service and numeracy skills are required.
