As an Air and Sea Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the export operations for air and sea shipments. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods, while adhering to all relevant regulations and requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate export shipments for Air, FCL, LCL and FAK, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and DAFF to arrange bookings and ensure smooth transit of goods
- Proactively resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the export process
- Provide exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed of shipment status and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Timely and accurately completing export clearances and preparing export documentation (inclusive of Dangerous Goods)
- Previous experience using CargoWise is essential in managing shipments, maintain accurate records, and generate documentation
