Looking for an exciting opportunity with great incentives?

Jaggers is a new and modern cafe/bar situated in vibrant Acland St, St Kilda, VIC. We are looking for an experienced venue manager to take the business to the next level, taking ownership in all avenues of the business. You will be equiped with all the tools necessary to build a successful establishment with generous incentives and freedom and flexibility to run the business as if it was your own. We are open 7 days a week from breakfast til lunch and coming into summer opening for tapas in the evenings with live music and a fully equiped bar.

We are seeking someone well versed in hospitality and service operations to help guide, support and grow our teams and business.
- Previous Venue Manager/General Manager experience
- A high level of revenue and cost management skills
- Passion to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Ability to administer, maintain and control through management
- Ability to motivate, develop and inspire through leadership
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to achieve outstanding sales results
- Skills to mentor and develop staff
- Creativity in promoting and growing revenue

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
