Permanent opportunity for a Learning & Development Consultant

Your new company

You will be working for a leading organisation based in Perth working as a Learning & Development Consultant.

Your new role

Your new role will be responsible for providing specialist learning and development advice and solutions aligned to the people strategy. This includes identifying training needs and contributing to the content design and implementation, including delivery of training programs across the business and aligned to the People Strategy.

You will ensure business leaders have the right tools to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, with the right skills and mindset to deliver the work. You’ll build relationships with immediate team members, business partners and external parties to drive commitment to, and model behaviours consistent with the company’s vision, values and objectives. You’ll contribute to the outcomes of the HR Strategic Plan, through the provision of specialist advice and delivery of nominated, specialised programs of work.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll have sound and demonstrated level of knowledge and experience in any specialist area, including contemporary organisational effectiveness, organisational design, learning, leadership development and talent management knowledge and skills. You’ll also have sound experience working within a contemporary Human Resources environment developing and delivering business wide initiatives and activities
