We are seeking to appoint a **Learning and Development Consultant** to join our People team on a fixed-term contract basis. Based at our modern head office located in Perth, this role reports directly to the Learning and Development Lead.
- Flexible working opportunities are available for this position including the opportunity to work both in the office and from home / remotely
- 12month fixed-term contract, working 38 hours per week

**About the role**:

- Plan and deliver quality learning and development programmes in line with the Bethanie L&D matrix across all Bethanie
- Organise equipment, resources and training rooms to support effective learning
- Ensure adequate tracking of courses and programmes delivered via centralised systems
- Conduct and track competency-based assessments
- Design and develop best-practice learning and development courses and programmes
- Support e-Learning systems and processes and develop e-Learning resources as required under the direction of L&D Consultants and L&D Manager
- Evaluate learning and development courses and programmes
- Participate in personal development and education

**About you**:

- Recognised qualification in education or training (e.g. Certificate IV in Training & Assessment) or willingness to work toward
- Previous experience delivering learning and development courses & programs
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to identify and assess training needs of individuals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Degree level qualification in a relevant discipline
