Our client, one of the leading banks in Australia, is looking for an experienced change manager to work on an operating model digital transformation program.

Reporting into the Head of Client Experience Transformation, you will lead all change activities end to end on a telephony platform replacement. You will be working closely alongside a broad range of business stakeholders to coordinate, execute and manage the delivery of change initiatives aligned with digital and omni channel strategy and platform implementation.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver change management strategy and activities to support and meet program objectives.
- Work with stakeholders to design the future state operating model to support digital interactions
- Work with the business process analysts to define the processes and requirements
- Build and manage key relationships with senior stakeholder relationships
- Working end-to-end on all change related activities whilst being the point of contact

Your experience:

- Solid organisational change management experience, ideally in financial services
- Experience working on an operating model redesign or restructure
- Experience within a digital program/project or knowledge of digital technology
- Experience across complex, large transformational programs
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous contact centre experience is a bonus
- Ability to work well in teams and develop relationships
