**What you'll be doing**
Join a supportive team at Blacktown Hospital providing vital admin support to Allied Health services. Gain valuable experience with potential for permanency. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Supporting patients, families, and carers with professionalism
- Assisting allied health staff through timely data and systems
- Coordinating appointments and manage patient waitlists
- Delivering front-line reception and customer service
- Contributing to efficient, person-centred care delivery
**How to Apply**
**Selection Criteria**:
- Demonstrated experience using patient database systems such as iPM or Cerner
- Demonstrated clerical or administration experience in a health, hospital or medical environment
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills working in a fast paced environment with competing demands
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with patients/customers and their families/carers
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with NSW Health CORE values and applied experience in maintaining client confidentiality
