**What you'll be doing**
Join a dynamic team supporting key therapy services at Westmead Hospital. This role delivers essential admin and clerical support across outpatient care. Your responsibilities will also include:

- Providing frontline support in a busy hospital setting
- Managing patient bookings, calls and enquiries
- Handling billing for workers comp and overseas visitors
- Supporting therapy teams in physio, OT and speech
- Contributing to a caring and professional environment

**How to Apply**

**Selection Criteria**:

- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and meet busy work schedules
- Extensive clerical experience in a receptionist/customer service position
- Demonstrated attention to detail with a very high level of accuracy when working with a range of computer systems
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills applied to a customer service environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team member to achieve quality service outcomes
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Demonstrated understanding of the needs of consumers from a range of diverse cultural, linguistic, ethnic, and religious backgrounds
- Ability to engage with consumers with varying capabilities and / or social, emotional, physical and practical limitations
