In this role you will have the unique opportunity to work on one of the industry’s fastest growing fashion exports and collaborate with some of the world’s biggest names.
As Ksubi’s Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the volume, effectiveness and expansion of our global strategy across all digital channels to drive online growth and content exposure for the brand. You will drive our acquisition and retention strategies, maintain strong budget discipline, manage key external agency partnerships and be the central reporting figure for the business across all digital channels.
**A Day in the Life**
- Daily monitoring of digital acquisition channels, analysing performance against sales targets and budgets to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Managing dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure easy access of data for internal and external parties to assess performance and drive growth.
- Leading twice weekly strategic meetings with external agencies to ensure deliverability of business objectives, performance campaigns and accountability against KPIs you have set.
- Sharing weekly trade reports containing performance insights and actionable opportunities for paid media, CRM and affiliates with key stakeholders.
- Managing the Digital & CRM Manager to implement acquisition / retention strategies and communications plan via CRM as developed in collaboration with the Head of Digital.
- Liaising with internal teams Retail, Marketing, Creative to curate and execute cohesive multi-channel content journeys and strategies for customers whilst ensuring critical path deadlines are met.
**This is you if you have**
- 5+ years’ experience managing direct to consumer acquisition and retention strategies leveraging paid media, CRM and affiliates
- Proven track record of implementing initiatives that have resulted in growth for sales and customer engagement
- Results focused, you ‘live and breathe’ performance with a hunger to drive results and identify new opportunities
- Ability to forecast, manage budgets and establish data driven KPIs
- Experience leading key relationships with external agency partners and vendors
- Strong project management skills
- Confident using acquisition platforms (Google, Meta, Klaviyo)
- Proven experience in delivering reports/dashboards showing online channels performance with actionable insights (advanced GA4 Looker knowledge)
- Clear understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and platforms (Shopify knowledge is highly regarded)
- Tech Savy and constantly on top of the latest ecommerce and digital advertising trends and features
- Experience in the Retail Industry is highly regarded
- You are a gun trouble shooter with exceptional attention to detail
- Degree or Tertiary qualification is highly regarded, but not essential
