Receptionist

Our Client is a well-respected and long established Accounting practice based in Milsons Point. As first point of contact for a wide variety of clients including high net worth individuals and small to large companies operating in a variety of different industries, no day is the same in this role. Based at front desk you will be someone who has a positive attitude and even remembers the little details - think coffee orders for visitors and guests You will enjoy variety, be flexible, professional and truly ready to take on a new challenge with a fantastic local business.
Specific tasks include:
- Answering phones, taking and relaying messages
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Coordinating meeting room bookings
- Admin tasks such as scanning, filing, typing and preparing documents
- Data entry
- Daily mail
- Organising couriers
- Liaising with government bodies including the ATO and ASIC as required
- Maintaining the common areas of the office - meeting rooms, reception and kitchen
- General PA tasks for Partners as needed
A minimum of 2 years experience in a position encompassing Reception duties is essential and prior experience liaising with government bodies (ATO / ASIC) would be highly regarded (but is not essential).
Please note that whilst the business is very flexible should you require time away from the office to attend personal appointments from time-to-time or an occasional work from home day if needed, this is a predominantly office based role - Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.
Salary guide $60,000 to $70,000 + Super dependent on experience.
