You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries promptly.
- Process payments and manage billing accurately.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized.
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues.
**Requirements**:
- Previous front desk or customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be available to work every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and Saturday Afternoon.
