The club operates across three levels with limited underground parking facilities for both members and guests and is open 364 days a year.

**Job summary**

Kirribilli Club is seeking Receptionists to offer an exemplary level of customer service to our members & their guests.

**About the role**

As the face of our organisation, you will be exceptionally presented, display a high degree of professionalism and be passionate about the experience our members and guests have here at the Club. Offering the first and last point of contact for all guests, you will be professional and approachable to assist guests with any feedback they provide.

As a Kirribilli Club Receptionist you will be required to welcome and provide and an exemplary level of customer service to all of our guests whilst completing membership and administrative tasks.

**Duties & responsibilities**
- Be an excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills and a flexible attitude with highly developed organisational skills.
- Assisting guests with the club’s sign
- in process.
- Produce daily reports on service usage and service issues to ensure that customers and management receive appropriate information in an accurate and timely manner.
- Generating and organise membership data to provide detailed reports for the use of marketing and promotional activities.
- Effectively deal with any complaints, bringing customers to a satisfactory conclusion
- Inventory and stationary management.
- Ensure relevant feedback regarding membership problems are carefully read, resolved, and improved. Directing feedback to the relevant person/department.
- Adapt and assist other areas of the club when required.
- Ensure you hold a current RSA and RCG certification prior to commencing employment.

**Salary**: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
