**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing administration support to management, and departments across the organisation.
- Work with key stakeholders and provide coordination, planning and support for employee engagement activities, while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Creating marketing content, managing calendars and events.
- Coordinating events from venue hire to catering, start to finish
- Supporting and facilitate Health and Wellbeing initiatives.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Ideally you will have proven experience as Administrator or similar role.
- Have the ability to remain confidential with sensitive information.
- Qualifications or studies across Law, HSEQ, HR and Health and Wellbeing, with a passion and interest.
- Loves creating and designing templates and content, have passion for marketing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with key stakeholders and companywide.
- Pride yourself on your verbal and written skills.
- Well-equipped across Microsoft Office Suite and loves Excel.
