**Job Description**:
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team in a full time capacity. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the purpose of this exciting opportunity is to provide administrative support to the IPAR Talent Acquisition team who recruit Allied Health professionals nationally.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on supporting a team, creating efficiencies and enjoys working with people and wants the flexibility to work from home (or the office if you want).

**The day to day**:

- Conducting reference checks
- Identify expiring job adverts and update/amend as required
- All onboarding processes and documentation, including contracts, letters of offer, contractor agreements
- All new starter paperwork and documentation is returned and captured prior to the new starter’s commencement date.
- Identify areas for admin process improvements

**About you**:
You will be energetic and with a commitment to providing exceptional admin support. You will also ideally have:

- Prior experience in the provision of administrative support would be ideal.
- Customer service focused - both internal and external to the organisation.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage several priorities.
- Well-developed communication and relationship management skills
- Attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to change
