We have multiple short-term opportunities for dedicated and passionate administrators to join the Department of Customer Service (DCS) in the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding (TAO) team.

As part of the broader TAO team, we are offering you the opportunity to grow your professional career in an agile, dynamic, and collaborative environment, where you can innovate, add value, and make a positive impact to not only DCS, but the community as a whole.

You will be the first point of contact for the Talent Acquisition Advisors to help enhance the recruitment & onboarding experience using your creative thinking and admin specialisation and will be a trusted source for troubleshooting all things weird and wonderful.

You will be adaptable and hands on in finding proactive and interesting ways to help deliver a positive and successful recruitment process and leave no stone unturned to provide exceptional experiences in a high touch environment.

To succeed as an Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will have most (if not all) of the following:

- Sound working knowledge of the recruitment life-cycle, including an understanding of compliance/ privacy requirements
- Strong attention to detail, especially in written tasks such as creating Letters of Offer
- Experience with updating and maintaining records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
- Experience working collaboratively within a team with high volume recruitment needs and ensuring your team has the resources they need to execute a successful recruitment campaign.
- Ability to confidently build strong relationships with teams and other relevant stakeholders to develop and support the impact of the recruitment process
- Knowledge of public sector policy, GSE legislation, guidelines, and best practices (highly regarded but not essential)
- My Career and SAP experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to work within tight time frames whilst meeting competing priorities.

**What will your day involve?**
- Providing a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting, and event coordination to support the effective operation of the team/ unit
- Collecting and compiling information, and preparing documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform decision making
- Completing routine financial transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with agency standards and procedures
- Responding to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information
- Updating and maintaining records and databases, complying with administrative systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
