**Job Description**:
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to assist our Talent Acquisition team who recruit Allied Health Professionals nationally.

Working in a fun environment, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead and provide administration support to the team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on supporting a team, creating efficiencies and enjoys working with people and wants the flexibility to work from home a few days a week.

**The day to day**:

- Conducting reference checks, work rights, police & accreditation checks
- Ensure our new starters are onboarded efficiently, including compliance documentation and Employment Contracts
- General administration and coordination to ensure new starters are setup with IT and Payroll
- Identify areas for admin process improvements

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:
You will be energetic and be committed to providing exceptional admin support. You will also ideally have:

- Prior experience in the provision of administrative support would be ideal.
- Strong understanding and use of the Microsoft Office suite, including excel.
- Customer service focused - both internal and external to the organisation.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage several priorities.
- Well-developed communication and relationship management skills
- Attention to detail
