Join QTC as a Change Specialist and you will be part of a PMO team that is passionate about leading and delivering strategic projects. In this 12-month maximum term role, you’ll support impactful organisational and/or technology projects. The role requires a person who is a team player, comfortable working across multiple projects, driven and a creative problem solver at heart. You will be flexible, proactive and a great communicator.

**What you’ll do**:

- Utilise existing Organisational Change Management frameworks and tools to develop ‘fit for purpose’ change, learning and engagement plan
- Design, manage and execute change activities across multiple initiatives (e.g. Change Impact Assessments, Communication, Engagement, Learning, Reinforcement etc.)
- Be hands on with the design, development, and implementation of change management deliverables
- Collaborate with leaders, teams, and enabling functions to embed change
- Facilitate workshops and support staff through training and change transitions

**What you bring**:

- Proven experience in organisational and/or technology change with Change Management certification
- Demonstrated ability to deliver visually engaging change and communications activities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes
- Experience in implementing agile environments
- Tertiary qualifications in business, communications, IT, HR or other related fields
- Certificate in training and development (or experience with training and facilitation)
