Our team is growing In this newly created role, the Shopper Activation Manager will be an integral member within the Shopper Marketing team. This role will be customer facing and require a high level of collaboration between commercial functions including brand, sales, and category teams to ensure delivery of brand and business objectives.
**About the role**
- Design and implement retail instore and online shopper marketing plans
- Develop annual joint business plan to include shopper initiatives and NPD launches
- Manage the budget and resources to ensure the success of the business big bets
- Build and implement shopper marketing plans
- Ensure the communication, engagement and information flows between marketing, sales, category and our retailer partners
- Develop, manage and maintain shopper marketing calendars for ANZ Retail channel
- Manage all required campaign artwork with external creative agencies
- Pioneer new and evolving retail media
- Track and strengthen the ROI of all shopper marketing campaign spend
**About you**
- Degree / qualified in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in brand or shopper marketing
- Experience dealing directly with retail customers
- Experienced at managing agency relationships
- Ability to work strategically and operationally
- Adaptable to fast paced, changing and ambiguous environments
- High degree of tenacity and persistence to get actions completed
- Highly organised and able to multitask
- Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of search optimisation and other eCommerce techniques
