**About the Role**:
We have an exceptional opportunity for a talented **Shopper Activation Executive** to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will be the conduit between our sales and marketing functions, partnering across both functions to bring our key brand initiatives to life in store execution plan supporting key brand initiatives and aligned joint business plans with our retailers.
You will be the sole point of contact for briefing development of branded key visuals, digital assets and ad hoc assets / projects which are required from time to time. Working seamlessly across marketing, commercial and operations teams to ensure best-in-class execution of the activity calendar throughout the year. Further, you will be managing both generic and branded POSM budgeting and partner closely with contracted agencies on POSM concepts, design, production and distribution to K-C field-based employees.
**Further Accountabilities but not limited to**:
- Develop and maintain the total business’s generic and branded POSM forecast allocated by brand, type, and customer.
- Work with suppliers to identify, recommend and implement cost optimisation opportunities through longer-range forecasting, strategic sourcing to deliver a more favourable ROI for K-C.
- Work across all marketing teams as the owner of briefing development of branded key visuals, assets, and online content creation.
- Collaborate on development of branded ‘style guides’ based on key initiatives.
- Manage the POSM and content execution budget with sufficiency on the annual business plan and planning cycle.
- Ownership and management of the PO system in line with audit requirements and budget system maintenance ensuring POs are charged to correct budgets based on business policies.
**About You**:
To be successful in this role, we see you as being someone that holds approx. 1-2 years’ Shopper Marketing experience across FMCG or related industry with demonstrated understanding of shopper and category principles, along with experience with content hosting platforms (SKULibrary) and content upload/ content design platforms.
As a strong contributor to our business, you will be an outstanding collaborator and communicator, be able to manage multiple internal and agency stakeholders. You’ll possess excellent organisational skills, an eye for detail and an ability to manage complex financial budgets.
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Business.
