At Mercy Health, you’ll become part of a proud history built on over 100 years of expertise, skill and care. As a Workforce Systems Support Officer, you’ll use your workforce and rostering skills, to help achieve even more for all who need us.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Experience / Qualifications in business or related discipline- Experience / knowledge of health sector industry classifications and awards- Experience with workforce planning and rostering best practice- Essential to have experience with rostering systems (for example RosterOn, Optima)- Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.- A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to work.- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

About the Role- Provides BAU guidance in the use of roster tools, to support the Aged Care and Health Services roster framework.- Support the delivery of rostering system training to aged care homes and hospitals as required.- Provide ongoing BAU support for facility based rostering coordinators to ensure ongoing best practice in rostering and timely publishing of working rosters.- Provides RosterOn technical support to all stakeholders, including managers and rostering staff- Use of computer and software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.- Use and management of RosterOn system.- Produce reports as required to ensure rostering best practice and operational efficiency across all facilities- Supports Workforce Team to deliver project related requirements.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check.
