Minutes to Seconds is looking for a Business Process Manager in a Permanent role in Melbourne.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our client on a permanent basis.

**Requirements**:

- Utilize structured methodologies such as Six Sigma to identify and implement improvement initiatives.- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analyses of current processes using various tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with departmental heads and team members to pinpoint inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
- Develop a strategic plan for process improvements aligned with business objectives.
- Design high-level solutions and process architectures that address identified issues and align with best practices
- Develop detailed process improvement plans including timelines, resource allocation and risk management strategies

Experience- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt with a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement projects.
- Extensive experience in process mapping, process optimization, and future state design.
