The Business Process Partner Lead role will be responsible for the administrative partnership support across the whole of Ipsen ANZ affiliate. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a partnership of communication and collaboration. Supporting you will be a team of Business Process Partners that support the business functions, and you will lead this team in fostering best ways of working to maximize productivity across the business units.

As a key member of the Business Excellence Team, you will
- Be the lead in consolidating change requests and deploying process improvements across the business as required by business needs
- Collaborate with the Business Process Partners to provide seamless support for the business
- Be the owner for all financial spend and contract management processes including P2P end - to - end processes, tracking and raising contracts for suppliers
- Motivate and support the wider team of Business Partners to achieve individual goals and objectives
- Be willing to 'flex' across all customer groups that the BPP team supports including having your own base customer group

You will bring to role
- At least 3 years or more of experience in a marketing and/or sales administration role, ideally within in a commercial or pharmaceutical organisation
- Previous experience in leading and supporting a small to medium size team and supporting their competing priorities
- Excellent administrative planning and organisational skills including meeting competing deadlines, prioritising tasks for you and the team, and attention to detail
- A Marketing or Business qualification at a tertiary level will be highly regarded
