**Eagers Automotive **are currently seeking a highly motivated
**Trainee Business Manager** for our high sales volume at
**Grand Toyota Wangara**. You will learn how to effectively sell finance and insurance products to customers while providing excellent customer service

**Duties will include**:

- Maximising the profitable sales of finance and insurance
- Delivering exceptional customer experience by understanding all areas of the business
- Building and maintaining relationships with your internal and external stakeholders
- Developing your knowledge of our brand, products & services
- Delivering value for customers
- To ensure the administrative operations are completed accurately

**Some benefits about the role**:

- Guaranteed Income level for the first 3 months while you learn, after which you will transition onto a **base salary plus commissions**:

**About you**:
If you have a positive, 'can do' attitude, passion for providing great customer service, a willingness to learn and work in a team environment, we would like to hear from you

Ideally you will possess:

- Sales focused and KPI driven.
- A professional attitude.
- Have the ability to work within a team environment.
- Strong numeracy skills and intermediate/ high computer skills
- Strong attention to detail.
