An exciting opportunity to join the Transitions Administration team based in Melbourne that focuses on our XPLORE business. The main focus of this role is to monitor the transitions activity, maintenance of accounts, processing of fee calculations, daily reconciliations and to manage queries from advisors.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Manage daily fund confirmations and off market transfers
- Liaise with Advisers, Brokers, Fund Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of transfers
- Case management of in-specie transfers (including Shares, Cash, Managed Funds and Unlisted investments) onto and from the platform
- Review of cost base data to ensure accuracy and daily reconciliation of CHESS movement files
- Daily maintenance of internal workflow system, tracking the progress of current outstanding team tasks
- Assistance with completion of the monthly fee process
**Key skills required**:
- Two years’ experience in administration of private client portfolios in a similar area of a financial organisation/broking or investments
- Financial Services administration experience (investments, payments, reconciliations, corporate actions)
- Transitions experience including account set ups, closures, and maintenance
- Experience using IRESS IPS & IOS, Chess and SRN transfer knowledge (highly desired)
- Highly focussed, organised, and an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
