**About the role**:
We are looking to appoint Customer Service Coordinators to work in a dynamic, innovative and unique work environment providing students with an unforgettable accommodation experience during one of the most exciting and important times of their lives.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the main responsibilities of this role include:

- Creating a friendly environment for residents & being the face of the business
- Operating the day to day front desk reception area with a focus on customer service
- General administration such as telephone answering, incoming and outgoing mail and filing etc.
- Assisting residents with enquiries related to their residency, studies, general needs and overall well-being
- Assisting with leasing and the ongoing management of units
- Liaising with third parties regarding building facilities management including maintenance, contract cleaners, security etc.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of a Residential Life Program

- Service orientated & self-motivated
- Culturally aware and understanding of different ethnic groups and the challenges of English being a second language
- Eager to learn in this fast paced environment
