**The role**
- Providing advice and guidance to customers about our products and solutions available (training provided)
- Building rapport with new & existing customers
- Assisting customers with company procedures
- Providing answers for general enquiries

**Experience required**
- Experience with inbound or outbound calls, preferably 12 months
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Capacity to deliver great customer service
- Solutions focused personality

**The next step**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
