As our Program Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) Program. Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you will undertake administrative tasks, coordinate key program activities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient program delivery.
**As our Program Support Administrator, you'll also**:
Assist to coordinate program activities such as registrar education, training documentation, and External Clinical Teaching Visits (ECTV).
Respond to queries from registrars, supervisors, and practice managers, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Work cross-functionally to support activities that enhance rural placement opportunities for registrars.
Provide on-the-ground event and administration support for GP training activities based in Perth
Skills & Experience
Proven administrative skills, with experience in scheduling, correspondence management, and data entry.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Experience in health or education settings is highly desirable.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and online learning management systems is highly desirable.
