**The Opportunity**:
Be the face of our Komatsu Training Academy reception team at the Komatsu Welshpool Branch, as the first point of contact you’ll be responsible for reception duties and administration duties. The successful applicant will undertake a traineeship - Cert III Business.

**Roster**:5 days (25 hours) per week, start time 6.30am - 10.30am Mon - Thurs and 6.30am - 3.00pm Friday

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Must have highly effective written and oral communication skills including the ability to communicate with management, staff and customers
- Professional, friendly manner and professional presentation
- Computer literacy with good knowledge of MS Office Opening of classrooms, setting up for classes
- Greeting students and directing them to classrooms
- Ordering of stationery, tea, coffee, etc and keeping stock so we don’t run out
- General office duries, scanning, filing, shredding, printing
- Processing Attendance forms from trainers
- Noting Absenteeism and advising relevant people
- Keeping training facility neat and tidy throughout the morning
- Any other requests from management
