What You Will Get To Do:

- Responsible for co-ordinating & administering insurance related services to corporate superannuation clients and employers (where applicable), members and beneficiaries.

- Prepare and submit claims documentation, follow up on outstanding requirements, and coordinate referrals to the trustee services team.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of insurance claims, ensuring effective communication and coordination with insurers, clients, claimants, members, beneficiaries, and their representatives.
- Protecting your super, putting members interests first and Improving member insurance outcome updates for member accounts - Provide empathetic and compassionate support to vulnerable clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism. - Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing data, enhancing processes, and sharing knowledge to improve system capabilities. - Monitor and respond to inquiries via the insurance phone line / Help Hub Chat, including participation in early morning and late shift rosters as required. - Uphold and promote SS&C’s Core Values of Accountability, Respect, Innovation, Focus, and Community in all aspects of service delivery.\\

What You Will Bring:
- 2-3 years’ experience in the insurance and superannuation industry, specifically in claims and/or underwriting administration (preferred) - experience in the administration of superannuation funds (preferred)

- RG146 is beneficial - Knowledge of Superannuation & legislation relating to insurance - Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
