About the Role

Are you an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Wealth, Insurance, or Healthcare domains? Our client — a leading mutual organisation in health, wealth, insurance, and care services — is embarking on major digital transformation programs. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise‑level architecture and deliver impactful solutions across multiple core services:

- Health – private health insurance, healthcare services, and digital health initiatives

- Wealth – banking, investment, and superannuation services

- Insurance – general and specialised insurance products

- Care – aged care, disability services, and community support programs

What You’ll Do

- Design & deliver enterprise‑grade solution architectures aligned to business strategy and sector standards

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non‑functional requirements

- Oversee integration across cloud, on‑premise, and legacy environments

- Support application modernisation and platform simplification initiatives

- Work with delivery teams to ensure alignment from strategy to execution

Essential Experience

- 10+ years in IT & Solution Architecture

- Proven track record delivering solutions in Wealth, Insurance, or Healthcare

- Integration & interoperability expertise (FHIR, HL7, APIs, cloud‑hosted solutions)

- CRM & Digital Portals (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow)

- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), Automation (Appian, UiPath), API Platforms

Desirable

- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance regulations

- Digital portals, mobile apps, and customer engagement tools

- Certifications in cloud platforms or architecture frameworks

- Experience in Agile, cross‑functional delivery environments
